Bnez POS · Retail POS

A retail POS system
for the shop floor.

Keep a clear record of what sold and what is left to sell. Bnez connects your counter, product stock, delivery records and daily reports.

The everyday counter

Keep checkout connected to stock.

Bnez helps a retail team record the sale while giving the owner a clearer picture of the products moving through the shop.

Build your item list

Add products, prices, categories and photos. Choose stock tracking for items you count, and give the team a consistent catalog to use at the counter.

Record the sale

Select items and quantities, apply an authorized discount, and record cash or another enabled payment method. Cash change is calculated from the amount received.

Update what is left

A recorded sale reduces the tracked product’s stock. Check low-stock reminders and record deliveries when more items arrive, so the count stays useful between physical checks.

A practical stock routine

Know what needs another order.

Sales records are most useful when stock and buying costs are maintained alongside them. Build those updates into the way your team receives goods.

  • Start with a count. Enter opening quantities for the products you want to track.
  • Record deliveries. Add newly received quantities and update costs when buying prices change.
  • Set reminders. Choose a low-stock point for a product and review it alongside the items that sell most often.
  • Check the shelf. Compare recorded stock with a physical count and investigate differences. A sale record cannot account for unrecorded loss or damage.

The owner’s view

See more than the day’s total.

Products that move

Review item sales and daily, weekly or monthly reports. Compare what customers bought before deciding which lines to reorder or give more shelf space.

Recorded costs

Keep product costs current and add the shop’s running expenses. The amount kept reflects the costs entered, so complete records make the view more useful.

A clear closing count

Track your opening cash, cash movements and closing count. See cash and wallet totals separately and review differences at the end of a shift.

Our interactive demo uses a sample café menu to show item selection, payment recording and split payments. For a retail walkthrough, bring a few of your products and we’ll show how the item and stock setup fits.

Before you choose

Retail POS questions.

Can I bring an existing product list?
Bnez supports product imports from CSV. Share the column names and a sample of your file during setup so we can check how names, prices and quantities map. Record-transfer services are quoted separately from the POS subscription.
Can staff use separate accounts?
Yes. Give staff their own sign-ins and choose their permissions. You can restrict owner reports and cost information while allowing the team to handle checkout.
What happens during an internet outage?
After online setup, a prepared device can record sales locally and send them when the connection returns. Other devices cannot see those pending sales until they sync, so coordinate stock checks during an outage. Read the offline checkout guide.
Does recording a wallet payment verify that it arrived?
No. Staff should confirm receipt in the wallet or payment provider, then record the method in Bnez. The POS payment record keeps your sales organized; it does not replace that payment check.
