Your website choices
Website privacy
& analytics.
This notice covers the public Bnez website at bnezpos.com. It explains our optional website measurement and how you can control it.
Updated 15 October 2026.
Optional website analytics
When website analytics is enabled, we ask for your choice before loading Google Analytics. Choosing “No thanks” leaves optional analytics off. You can browse the site, try the sample checkout and contact us either way.
If you choose “Allow analytics”, Google Analytics helps us understand which pages people visit and whether they open the demo, view pricing or click a contact option. It receives website interaction information, browser and device information, and cookie identifiers used to distinguish visits. These website metrics help us improve our pages.
What our website events include
Our events identify the page viewed and the action taken. A contact click records only the channel, such as email, phone or Instagram. Our event setup removes query strings and fragments from page addresses and keeps only the referring website’s origin. It does not send message contents, email addresses, phone numbers or POS store records in these events.
The website analytics code does not run inside the sample checkout or the signed-in POS application. A contact click tells us someone selected a contact option; it does not tell us a message was sent or a sale was made.
Cookies and your choice
We save your analytics choice in this browser’s local storage so it can be remembered on later visits. If analytics is allowed, Google Analytics can set first-party analytics cookies. Our configuration keeps advertising consent denied and does not enable Google signals or advertising personalisation.
When analytics is enabled, an “Analytics choices” button appears in the footer. Use it to change your choice. Choosing “No thanks” stops future events from our code and removes its analytics cookies where the browser allows. It does not erase information already sent. Clearing browser storage or using another browser may cause the site to ask again.
Service providers and contact
Our hosting provider processes connection information needed to deliver the website. If you allow analytics, Google processes the analytics information. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
When you email, call or message us, the service you choose handles that communication under its own terms. Bnez uses the information you send to respond to your enquiry. For questions about this notice or your website information, email bnezpos@gmail.com.
