Bnez POS · Restaurant POS

A restaurant POS
that follows the order.

Connect the order at the counter with the work in the kitchen. Bnez keeps dine-in, take-out, open tabs and recorded payments in one place.

From order to service

Keep the details with the food.

A restaurant POS should make the handover between staff easier to follow. Bnez carries item choices, quantities and order notes through the shift.

Take the order

Choose dine-in or take-out, select items and add-ons, and add a table label or order note. Staff can review the order before recording payment or adding an online tab round.

Follow the kitchen

Use the kitchen screen to see the orders being prepared. Configure stations so the kitchen and bar can follow their own items and mark their part of an order ready.

Keep the sale

Record payment and find the transaction in History. Review the items and amounts when a customer or staff member needs to check what was recorded.

Another round, one tab

Keep a visit together until it is paid.

Open tabs let the team add rounds during service and settle the visit as one sale. Tabs are online, so staff can work from the same saved order.

  • Send each round. Added rounds reach the kitchen as the order grows, without waiting for the final payment.
  • Settle when the customer is ready. Review the current bill and record the payment. Paying does not mark unfinished food as ready.
  • Understand the stock timing. Ingredients are deducted at settlement using the current recipe. Open rounds do not reserve stock.
  • Match the way customers pay. Record one payment method or split the payment across two distinct enabled methods. Confirm wallet payments with the provider before completing the sale.

Recipes and supplies

Link menu items to recipes and receive ingredient deliveries into stock. Review low-stock reminders and keep recipe quantities current as portions or ingredients change.

Staff access

Give team members their own sign-ins and choose their permissions. Staff can handle the work assigned to them while owner reports and cost information stay restricted.

Daily sales and costs

Review sales, popular items and the amount kept after recorded costs. Enter running expenses and compare reporting periods to understand what changed.

Before you choose

Restaurant POS questions.

Can the kitchen and bar see separate work?
Yes. Bnez supports kitchen stations and completion by station. During setup, decide which menu categories belong to each station and walk through an order that includes both food and drinks.
Can customers add items before settling the bill?
Yes. Enable Tabs to add rounds to an open visit and settle it as one sale. Tabs need a connection, and their ingredient stock is deducted when payment is recorded.
Does the whole restaurant workflow work offline?
A device prepared online can record checkout sales when it loses internet and sync them later. Open tabs and a shared kitchen board depend on a connection. Read the offline POS guide.
What should we check during a restaurant demo?
Bring a typical dine-in order, a take-out order and a visit with more than one round. Include your kitchen stations, payment methods and receipt devices so we can confirm the workflow and hardware requirements before you decide.
