Use the saved menu
Choose from the items, sizes and prices already loaded on this device. Record payment at checkout and follow the confirmation that the sale was saved.
Offline POS system
Bnez lets a prepared, signed-in device keep recording sales using its saved menu. Sales stay on that device until they can sync, so a short internet interruption does not have to stop every checkout.
A clear handover
Choose from the items, sizes and prices already loaded on this device. Record payment at checkout and follow the confirmation that the sale was saved.
The saved-sales indicator shows work waiting to sync. The device can also track preparation for its own saved orders while the shared kitchen connection is unavailable.
Bnez attempts to upload saved sales when the connection returns. Confirm the pending count clears; if a sale needs attention, keep it saved and use the review prompt.
Prepare before the rush
Coordinate the team
Open tabs and updates between tills and shared kitchen screens need a connection. During an outage, tell the kitchen about new orders directly and use the device’s own saved-order view to follow its work.
First-time sign-in, menu changes and current information from other devices also need internet. Stock shown offline reflects the saved copy and activity on that device, so check scarce items with the team.
If employee time-in is required, staff must time in online first. Their approved offline checkout access is limited to its allowed shift window.
