Bnez POS · Café POS

A café POS system
for the whole shift.

Take a drink order, send it to the bar and keep track of the supplies behind it. Bnez brings your coffee shop’s checkout, recipes and daily sales together.

At the coffee counter

Make each order easy to follow.

A useful coffee shop POS handles the details between “one latte” and the drink the customer expects.

Sizes and add-ons

Choose a drink, its size and the available extras. Keep those choices with the order so your team can see what was sold. Set prices for your actual menu instead of leaving staff to remember every difference.

Counter to bar

Record dine-in or take-out orders, add a table label or order note, and let the kitchen or bar screen follow the work. Separate stations can mark their own part ready.

A clear payment record

Record cash or an enabled payment method, calculate cash change and keep the sale in History. Check the wallet or payment provider before recording a wallet payment as received.

Behind every cup

Connect the recipe to the stock.

Track packaged items by quantity and made-to-order drinks by their ingredients. Your recipe setup determines what a recorded sale uses.

  • Set up each recipe. Enter the amount of milk, coffee or powder used by each item. Different sizes can use different ingredient quantities.
  • Receive new supplies. Record deliveries and pack costs. Keep stock counts and recipe information current as the menu changes.
  • Plan the next buy. Check low-stock reminders and recent usage before placing another order.
  • Account for extras. Add-ons can deduct their own configured ingredients in addition to the drink’s recipe. Set up each extra’s recipe, and use an option or variant for substitutions so stock reflects what was poured.

After the rush

See what the day brought in.

Understand the menu

Compare items sold and review daily, weekly or monthly totals. Use the recorded sales to decide which drinks deserve another batch and which items need a closer look.

Keep costs in view

Enter item costs and running expenses so the amount you kept reflects the costs you have recorded. Update ingredient prices when supplies change.

Close the drawer

Begin with your opening cash and finish with a count. Review cash and wallet totals separately, then investigate any difference while the shift is still fresh.

Before you choose

Café POS questions.

Can Bnez handle different drink sizes?
Yes. Set up size choices with their prices, and enter recipe quantities for each size when you use ingredient tracking. Bring your menu to a demo so we can walk through your combinations.
What happens if the internet drops?
After online setup, a prepared device can keep recording sales locally and sync them when the connection returns. Open tabs and shared kitchen updates need a connection. See how offline checkout works.
Can a customer add another round before paying?
Yes. With Tabs enabled, keep an order open and add rounds during the visit. Tabs need an internet connection. Ingredient stock is deducted when the tab is settled, so an open tab does not reserve ingredients.
What should we bring to a demo?
Your menu, sizes, add-ons, a few recipes and the devices you want to use. We can then walk through an order, a supply delivery and closing time using the workflow your café needs.
